is this truly your 3rd question in the maybe biggest and most remarkable psytrance forum on the globe ? really ? ....
there are some types of noises out there (white/pink/blue/brown/etc) with the white one being the most common used (bc its loudness is equal all over the spectrum). if you run a whitenoise signal into a lowpassfilter with some resonance(attenuation before cutoff) turned up, you will get exact that swooshy sound. you can bounce it down, reverse it, pan it, reverb it, and so on.
