edirol is a company. do you maybe mean the edirol orchestral by any chance? if so, it`s a vst plug-in that lets you play an orchestra ... in a few words. imo its great.

the edirol orchestral is nice, but unless i am really in the mood for some deep orchestral funk, i could recommend the purchase (or download;)
