Hi ppl!!
This post goes out to everyone who likes/loves(!!) electronic music...:
From what i heard, the Trance scene in USA is quite good, maybe because it's "starting" there, but... "All that is good has to end", unfortunally...:
The United States of America are "making" a law (wich i believe it was already approved) that is named "Ecstasy Awareness Act"...
This "law" was created by the D.E.A. (Drug Enforcement Agency, (the narcotics department)) and is based on the nowdays Ecstasy consumption.
The U.S.A. government aprooved a law wich "contains" the following "basic rules":
If ANYBODY is caught takin', sellin' or givin' away drugs in a party (Trance, House, Techno, D n'B,... ONLY ELECTRONIC MUSIC(!!!)) the authorities won't do anything to the consumer... They WILL ARREST EVERYBODY OF THE ORGANIZATION OF THAT PARTY!!!
---This includes DJs, Promoteurs, Decor Staff, Security Staff, Sound Engineers, Light Technicians and EVERYBODY that is involved in the party organization!!!---
Their "basic idea" is to punish everybody that "earns" money with Electronic Music events, because "it's ONLY the Electronic Music that originates synthetic drug consumption"...

"Congress is considering a sequel to the RAVE Act that is even more draconian than the first. If enacted, the Ecstasy Awareness Act would throw people in jail who organize raves or similar electronic dance events if some of their customers used drugs."
