I just started using the Echo Firewire 8, and it's working solidly, but now I don't know how to capture audio from youtube and things like that directly like I could with the Motu Traveler. With the Traveler there were mix 1 and mix 2 channels that would capture any audio coming from the computer.

Any one have an ideas?           www.musicproductionnatural.com || www.facebook.com/djamoeba | facebook page

Use cables n record In the sequencer with the input monitoring disabled to avoid feedback loops

thanks man. Yeah I guess since I haven't used a lot of hardware stuff, I'm always looking for a software solution.           www.musicproductionnatural.com || www.facebook.com/djamoeba | facebook page

If you want it done internaly I guess you have some sort of 'loopback' function which you can route in VST Connections and/or your echo mixer.
