eat static on interchill

yeah i notice a new eat static track on the devil in the detail cd,``eat static`` are great at the downtempo trips ,i see they are scheduled to release an album on interchill according to interchills latest press release, i presume its gonna be ina downbeat tripped out style as opposed to the bands more regular wigged out higher bpm compositions,does anyone know more about this,ANDREW maybe.........

I've been a fan of eat static since their early days, used to play abduction, monkey man, alien ep in my dj sets more than a decade ago in Montreal...
so yes it is a great pleasure to look forward to their first downbeat album... though as you say... in a tripped out style.
ideally this will come out before the summer festival season.
there's a lovely eat static tune on Nathalie's comp too...

I haven't heard any of what Merv and Joie have been cooking up yet... nor what Ott and Chris are doing... and i probably won't hear anything until they're done.
but I have heard some of Mauxuam's new tunes from his upcoming album, and i'm blown away... collabs with Moreno, and also Greg Hunter... really really good material.
and Liquid Stranger drops next month with The Invisible Conquest... it sounded lovely before Dave Blackman mastered it, but now it is in another realm altogether - and far more punchy when played out on a big system.
Gaudi's also doing us a remix ep of Sufani and Ayahuasca Deep Fall... updating those two tunes to accompany our repressing of Bass, Sweat & Tears...
back to eat static... any requests to pass on to them.. any good B movie samples to share ?
busy times... good music...

Bass, Sweat & Tears will be re-issued with the same tracklist, but as a jewel case...
the ep will be digital, with a limited cd mailout |
