We at Echoes Records are thrilled to open the year 2011 with one of the biggest secret weapons of a few select DJ's in 2010 - the progressive trance / dubstep mammoth tune "Easy Dubsteps"!
Behind the tune is Easy Riders, consisting of the two Israeli dance floor maestros Yoni Oshrat (aka Ace Ventura, Schatsi and previously one half of Psysex) and Roy Tilbor (aka Rocky). It's needless to say that they have a long history on the electronic music scene behind them, and after just a few releases their new project has already turned lots of heads and captivated dance floors across the globe.
With the distinct intro, dub-like delays and dance floor-minded switches from dubstep over offbeat progressive trance to pumping dance floor grooves "Easy Dubsteps" is definitely a tune to remember. We are certain that it's bound to become one of the big hits this year, and it is the perfect teaser for the upcoming debut Easy Riders album which is coming out later this year on Echoes Records.
On the remix - duty is "Captain Hook" - the progressive trance solo project of Reshef Harari, who is also well-known by name from his involvement in the Quantize-duo, as well as his techno-project Sheff. His interpretation of "Easy Dubsteps" takes a meaner, more techno-minded approach, yet still maintaining the speed and drive of what fires up the psychedelic crowd, and efficiently using the dubstep influences in a big, powerful breakdown.
