Its a house/trance whatever you want to call it song. Its got a woman that keeps saying the same thing over and over:
"you want to dance with me?"
"baby, do you want to dance with me?"

The girl sounds EXACTLY the same as the girl in the following sample (Around 1min in) - but this mix is totally different

Edit: it was very popular I believe in the 90's (or early 2000s) and I'm sure many of you have heard it before.

??? you're looking for a house or psytrance track?? if the woman repeats itself (loop sample) throughout the whole track, than it's house and this means you're searching in the wrong forum.

but if if it's the second case, i suggest you try

psysex vs slider - tribal dance

it got the similar annoying voice sample in the middle of the track. original by 2unlimited back in the 90ties.

PS: released sofar only on the psychedelic academy 2 compilation as a mixed-in track... thanks god for that!!
