On Friday 26th of August, Sydney Earthdance begins the countdown to this years festival with a night of visual and audio magic across 4 rooms at The WORLD BAR.
Programming for the launch nights encapsulate the 2004 focus on emerging and established artists and community development, featuring creative electronic music, visual projections, artwork and the first screening of the completed Earthdance documentary.
Music, Art and Visual Program:
Trance Experience Stage (ambient, progressive, full on psychedelic trance):

Venue: the WORLD BAR, 24 Bayswater Road, Kings Cross
Entry price: $5 before 10pm, $15 after. Venue has a legal capacity of 500 people!
Proceeds from the launch will go towards producing the free Earthdance Festival which will be held in conjunction with United Nations World Peace day on Sunday 18 September 2005 at Sydney Park (cnr King Street and Princes Hwy).
The Earthdance atmosphere is always incredibly friendly. Joining with so many other events around the world, particularly on a day for peace, does, we believe, have a positive impact. You can expect an experience like no other outdoor event for this year.
