I don't think this is appropriate to post a technical question and to wish the answer for yourself only.
Let's solve the problem publically, so everybody can benefit.
So, what is the problem ?

This is a MIDI controller keyboard.
you should connect it to a MIDI capable synth, and control it.
you can also connect it to a PC/Mac and control virtual software instruments/effects with it.
you can also assign it's knobs to do something in your sequencer - like to control a mixer slider or something.

Do you have a specific question ?

By the way, the product home page has a selection of manuals, including a tutorial:
http://www.emu.com/support/files/download2.asp?Centric=767&Legacy=&Platform=1

( assuming you're on a PC )
if you're on a mac, you can navigate there, and find the appropriate docs.

Cheerz.
