Stagnant. Boring. Irrelevant.
After years of not listening to any so called psy trance a friend recommended this new album to me to show me the music was once again becoming quality.
I hear the same generic sounds, bassline, kick drum & sample I heard a decade ago. I mean that DMT sample is like from the second Shpongle album. Seriously man get some fucking originality!
Every track uses the same bassline. Every track uses the same drum pattern. Every track has the exact same sound design.
Go buy the latest Omar S or Robert Hood album & listen to the way synths and drum machines should be used.
The innovation in this scene dies the same time pop music died a long time ago. 0/5.
