My opinion:
Dynaudio BM6A for small room.
Mackie HR824 for bigger room.

i got the Dynaudio BM6A, my room isnt very small, its the living room actually - as long as there is a good bass trap setup and such i think i would go with the Dynaudio's. they are better then most monitors.

Dont know about dynaudio but the mackies are nice.... I tried them out in a SAE studio that is small (aprox 4 * 5 meters) and I thnik they sound good in the mid range and in the HF range but a bit harsh. It could bee the material I was working sounded "sharp".... The bass responce is not super good in my opinion but it depends on what you compare it with...
Just tried them out one time so far so I cant give a full statement... Maybe you can go to music store and listen?

thanxx bro's))) my choise is Dynaudio, cause here in Moscow I can't get American Mackie Monitors, only from China without THX sertification((

For how much in dollars can i get the dynaudio and where is the best place with lower prices?And what other and good cheap monitors would you recommend? Thanks in advance

i got it for 1560 USD in Moscow. Check the dealers list on official site http://www.dynaudioacoustics.com and find the dealer in your city, cause the warranty for this not chip stuff is very important thing bro)
