Any Yamaha DX7 users in the house ? Was lucky enough to find a used TX7 some time ago, such an amazing instrument, especially if you're into ambient or retro 80s sounds.
Looks like it's going to make a comeback this year with the whole cross-platform patch sharing capabilities with the Korg Volca FM.

I had one but programming good sounds was extremely time consuming on it. Lots of menus diving and fiddling with parameters etc. on a poor quality screen meant that I sold it.

Have heard the programming is a pain... in the case of the TX7 it's not even accessible. Was enjoying the many presets in the beginning, then that got boring but discovered this librarian/VST called Dexed soon after. It's a bit buggy sometimes but opens the programming bit up completely.
