dumbest artists, how to start......

Hi all...
I always read all these threads,,,,
mother of all bassline and many other various plugins vst and stuff...
trust me i m dumb .....
i dont understand shit...
i wanna make music not for selling purpose atleast for now but for my own satisfaction....
i have a normal p4 with 80 gb hd 512 ram and blah i have no idea....
i make my music on Adobe Audition 1.5
also knowns as cool edit 1.2 ( i guess )
.....i have heard and read that many and most of the artist use cubase for making music.
my queries....
1. where can i download it from ( full version )
2. i have no musical background... can i still make some good music...
cause with Adobe Audition i just cut samples and make my own songs from scratch.
3. when we talk about vst and plugins....
plugins are effect like delay filter strecth and all...
ppl say download this vst or that vst plugins...
but what are vst...
i wanna make music thats is my bottomline...
i even tried and read the whole damn impulse tracker manual and didnt understand a damn..things..
half the thing was in dos...
i heard great thing abt logic n reaktor too....
now i m confused which software should i use...
and alsi i need computer based synthesizers....
u knw the ones used by all the artist u name it nord or korg or any other one
i have worked a bit on fruity loop all the version except 5....
what i am expecting from all u great artist or upcoming artists is...
1.
name me some thing which i can use with ease...
may be some link which can make me understand thing ( trust me i dont mind reading when it comes to music )
2.
frm where i can get good synthesizers softwares..... from where i can make all the crazy sounds or effects...
3.
any other softwares i dont mind downloading or working on it but the link should be for complete version...
i m sure u understand my desparate feeling to make good music...
help the dumbest artists.....

you can get everything you want from the: www.kvraudio.com...
and there is a link there and when you press it all of the secret's of making musicwill be sended to your brain by telepathy, i use that and it's killlllllla, it also give you to understend every sequenser that's exist!!! wow you dont know how good it is.....
specially if you got no music background useing this link will make's you a pro in about 15-30 second's!!

If u already use Audition u don't need to change to cubase. Lot of musicians say Audition is much better then cubase, i don't know, but surely it is more then good enough to produce psytrance.
As S.D6 already said S.D6 is a good point to start checking out the endless world of vsts.

as i said my approach right now is just for myself i aint going for a professional route...so there is time my brother...
the link abt kvraudio...
so many vst plugins do they play in all softwares or some particulars only..
