Love the concept. I love the games.
the open hat is a little loud for me. You can up the volume on Duke. He needs to be heard haha. Some of the glitchy FX that come in could be high shelved a little bit, or just lowered in volume - whichever sounds better.
You could.. and I recommend using some more of the actual sound fx from the games. DukeNukem 3D had the tightest sounds.

haha nice dude. the drums I really like. Where are those samples from? and what kind of effects are you using on the clap to make it snap / pop out of the mix like that?
and the prostitute sample from the game is amazing.
Only thing I'd say now is to mess with Duke's voice. Modify it, and make it psychedlic.
