My short Review 
The gathering: CHI PSYNTHESIS : A Massive Success 
The Venue: Rocking
The Decor (courtesy of SWARA, Daiju): Wonderful
The SWARA DJ's: J-Deep : Started off with a few progressive tunes, moved on to some great morning tunes and absolutely killed the dance floor with massive tunes towards the end....full-on bro, keep it up
The SWARA DJ's: Mental Metal : Started off with a BANG....wow the set had me travelling without moving to start off with, got me stomping in between and i was a goner!!!!! by the time the set ended...killer tunes and mixing bro.....
The People: We almost had 600 people in which is just fantastic.....love you guys
The Birthday: I couldnt have asked for a better psychedelic birthday than this one....thanx for the massive support from SWARA and the team, CHI, Play Magazine, Daiju and all that supported the spirit right from the start.
Hope you guys a wee a bite off the psychedelic b'day cake
More to come for sure......lets keep the spirit of psy alive and kicking

Firstly I would like to say good effort on Swara's part and evry1 who was involved.
But to say 600 ppl showed up for a "psychedelic" gathering...
that I find funny becos most of the crowd there were commercial evry wednesday chi- club goers. I think there were less than 100 actual so called "psy-heads".
I know that you guys are making an effort to spread the culture n all but dubai isnt the place for newbies to get into the scne...especially in a place like cHI.
tHE place was killer no doubt but I would not say it was psychedelic ...
Music ... i cant really comment cos im a dark and dark only fan...lol...but im sure evry1 who likes that kind of style enjoyed what jai and sid churned out.
But all the best for ur future ventures, just remember to be careful wen it comes to what kind of ppl u invite into the scne..not evry1's cut out for it... its true...
the min u start getting too commericial the scene goes bust... this happens all over the world.
be careful and lots of luv n lite

My bad. Regardless... i still stick by the fact that not more than 100 were proper psy crowd.
More than half the people there have probably never heard psy-trance music in their life. And would'nt be able 2 distinguish btwn morning and dark.

Loved the experience.....
Right from helping around with the promotions.....explaining what psychedelia is ( my version ) to curious minds...to helping with the decor and not to forget stomping on the floor for pure passion. a lovely journey.
On the music front, well, genres have never been an issue....just good music for my mind and I was happy.Both djs played their own individual styles and had some insane energy on the console.The vibes were terrific. Smiling faces are always great to look at.
just one critique about the sound : maybe the floor speakers need to be positioned in-line with the console ( and not inside a dome) for less delay and echo. just a thought and do correct me if i'm wrong.
Looks like a lot of people converting and thats always nice for any type of music.
To all those who turned up thank you immensely for the awesome support and love.
