Hola isratrance, i tried searching for a topic including discussions about dub influenced VSTi´s and effects.
I myself is a big fan of the Audio Damage Dubstation and ive been using the Interuptor Delays for a long time. Anyone got any suggestions of what software i should take a look into?
Peace
A

absynth!
but I like more ethnic/real instruments fucked up with effects
live cut, replicant & buffer override are still great for that.

dub?
the keys to dub are:
Spring reverb and a delay whose sound quality decays over time. |

+1
Buy or make a cheap real spring reverb and record some sounds through it while shaking it/hitting it with a hammer
  You believe in the users?
Yeah, sure. If I don't have a user, then who wrote me? |

I didnt state the fact that i dont want to fuck the sound up beyond recognition which hitting a springreverb with a hammer while recording would do.
I will check out your suggestions MadScientist.
Keep it coming guys, thanks

.. some good tapedelays ,sirens and stuff..chekk http://www.interruptor.ch/vst_overview.shtml
some nice tools in there. If you wanna produce dub than its a different world with ohter methods, bass could sound more specific by living analog for instance .Otherwise dub influenced plugs could be alomst any with a delay or with some bass booster )

nice threat, dub rocks!!
i use the mda dub delay for dub delay (haha)
it's very simple and free, and does the job for me.
for spring reverb, afaik the psp 84 has a springverb inside.

(and other fun stuff too!)
the best spring reverb i've ever found is a Reaktor ensemble called...."springtank" |
