That track is excellent. I recently made a purchase from Gio and asked him about that track a little less than a month ago. Reply I received follows:
"It's the first track on the new album ;-)
Glad you like it.
Should be out in a few weeks... we've just had some difficulties with
the mastering...
--Gio--"
So we should be seeing this new album out shortly if he's still on track.

The samples - sadly as short as they are - do interest me.
Wonder if this will find its way into Saiko, along with a restock of Tribal Matrix 2 and Makyo's Swara Mandala. That would make me happy. *hopeful* |

According to Jeff's website, Dakini gets it for early release. Other shops and digital content providers get it in early July.

All three albums(TM2, DrumSpydar, Swara Mandala) are still available direct from Dakini. Is waiting for Saiko to stock them a matter of cost? If so, maybe e-mail Gio direct and ask if he can cut a deal for three albums at a once? |

"Greetings to all our friends and fans.
Hoping that Summer Solstice finds you all well.
Below are a few quick updates on what we've been up to, including our new release...
-------------------------------
DRUMSPYDER : : Kytheria (DAK2120)
SF-based producer/percussionist Drumspyder unleashes his long-awaited debut full-length album on Dakini, with 14 absolutely phat and funky trax of percussive desert deep house and dub. With a clean, powerful sound that's guaranteed to cut through any dancefloor, Drumspyder --aka Scott Sterling-- blends live middle eastern percussion and cool electronic stylings into a hypnotic yet varied dancefloor mix, from slinky & seductive downtempo to funky, bass-bumpin' house. His tracks and remixes have appeared on Dakini, Desert Trax, Caravan, Water Music and Six Degrees, as well as numerous bellydance DVDs and two self-released eps. "Kytheria" represents a further development of his sound, with more varied textures and melodies over his trademark darbukka-driven rhythms."
