a little hint for u then,,
If u use logic , then use the "modulation delay" and turn down the feedback and turn the chorus 2 full and work the feedback knob a little,, that will give u instant metal,,
If u do not asosiate with logic the try then Waves "Meteflanger" and set the delay to - 22,2 or 11,1 if u want a little less..
hope u could use this,,

Try this complex trick for metallic percussion: you take a microphone, press record, and then hit a spoon on a pan. You then process out the noise and trim the file, and then you EQ and use it instead of a snare. Voila, metallic percussion. Sounds stupid? It's still the best way to do this by far.
