These people you refer to are responsible for their actions which have nothing to do with this forum.
This website is not anonymous and it belongs to some people who are responsible for what is being talked in this forum. These people dont want to be held responsible for conversations on illegal substances. Do you want to sign a paper with your full name and details and be responsible for a drug section so whatever takes place there will be your responsibility? So if for example a user suggests to another user to take 50 lsd drops and the other guy tries it and then jumps out of a window believing he can fly then the police authorities will also arrest you and question you about the nature of conversations in the drug section. If you want to sign that paper then please let us all know about it.

Talking about drugs is not ilegal (blue light is even well known by autohorities), but this topic has been discused like 100,000 million times and well, the admins have their views and the rights.
