totally agree. nice tune but a lot of sounds are rather "cheap" sounding, or plastic.
starting with the hats going to the piano and fluteish sounds... just try to find better sounds for the same midi patterns, go for samples of real instruments rather than "sort of sounding" synth mimics.. this would give the nice tune the depth and "professional" sound it deserves..

hmmm i wish i had a studio you say "just" go record some orchestra and native singer but sorry no $$$ for that or even the slightest direction
so ill just have to make it interesting in some other way.
by the way this is the "raw" mix with nothing on master. I had not even thought of flutes. hmmm well i will give it another go and create some more evolution there...

i dont think the synths are cheap sounding.. just a lil fx tweaking will put em rite in the place and make em sound good..
me dig the atmos.. real nice..

Great seeing you going into this direction and style that show an open mind ..
The true i didt like the first part .. (Sounds repeating to much again and again imo - But this is just me and its a metter
of taste) . From the begining of the last break to the end thing change - all become more emotional .. this part is super ! .
All track can be more live . Sound is good but for me to minimal when all can be much more larg , Rich & open , Harmonic
and here , With an more tools in , I miss somthing there .. Try bring more heavenly sounds and fx's in .
Overal  Keep the good project .. ! . Cheers ..
