Great stuff man

Just to add to this, if you guys have access to a libary that is likely to have audio engeniring book here is a good one -> Sound Synthesis and Sampling, Martin Russ, it is a bit out of date but still has some valuable info and it does not get into to much maths. If you guys could recommend a few more it would be good thanks           "Great things are only possible with outrageous requests." Thea Alexander

Well, I gone through most of it now, and it seems to be a lot of "a short course in..." or "Not yet written.".
I would call this book half-done. But quite a good start though.

Wish he would skip some of the basics though, and go deeper in to other issues.

Howdy,

As I say on my website, I used stuffit because .zip sucked at the compression. The file is an 80 MB pdf, uncompressed. stuffit brings it down to about 12 MB. .zip only gets it to something like 70 MB... didn't think it would be a problem since Stuffit Expander is free...

Oh, and I also apologize in the preface of the book for it being not finished yet. I am working on it, but I do have a day job...

Also, the whole point of the book is to not skip the basics - other books do that really well... But what issues would you like explained further?

Thanks for the original posting Rosengren!

cheers

Another fntastic book is " The Computer Music Tutorial" by Curtis Roads.

I would say this is the best book on the market for Music Technology as a whole.

Find it here http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0262680823/103-5588081-0975036?v=glance

but i am afraid it aint free.
