brothers and sisters....
i have noticed many times that too many people upload there trax with SHIT quality and want to get proper feedbacks.....
please try to be more proffesional and dont waste others time by doing so....
if u are afraid of some one stealing your JEWL well either put 2-3 fade in-out's and solve the prob' with out hurting the vibe of the track(or people patiance) or....DONT POST!!
a lot of people would like to listen and feedback...its important to have others listen and comment in a honest way to help and improove ones skills...and it really cant be done properly with these shitty versions.
if u are a young/beginner artist make your first step to becoming a pro by acting like one....lets not make this forum in to a "Track DumpYard"....

you are absolutly right Djnomolos but as for me the problem is the site that is hosting my track only allows me to upload in 128K which is really bad...i'd love to post the track here in 320K do everyone could listen to them properly..perhaps i'll make a homepage so that i can do that like Dj Ruth did..

well DJRuth is a good friend(great artist)and he had the abilty to do so....but ofcourse not every one can do that..... 128k is many times good enough...belive me people upload things here that are much lower than that and as Katam Briliantly said "sounds like its being played through a gameboy" lol

oh yeah...we as "feedbackers" should allso try and give a proper feedback which means trying to be a bit more specific than "nice track" or "i enjoyed it"....maybe try and review the production=sound quality,build,diff' parts(bassline,kick,HH etc.) and after that give our pesonal feeling...

On the other hand don't spend too much time mastering something you'r not so sure about.
Getting early feedback is important and the artist doesn't have to worry (too much) for the sound quality at that first stage.
The compromise could be pointing in the post "mastered"/"non-mastered", so the spoiled reviewers will know where to skip.

The MP3-encoder "Lame" encodes in great quality... 128 kbps is easily enough if you use this one.
An alternative is the one in Apples "iTunes" which is also available for Windows platform... For free I think  |

i agree with dj nomolos
this has to be taken seriously 'cause if not then the people who really give some feedback and really want to help will get tired of the poor quality tracks and eventually will get tired of the forum so let's try to keep it going
because this is a really good way to get people's opinion on your art from all over the world

apparently there is soon to be a dedicated psy-hosting site which will allow high qual (i.e. 320k) uploads for free!!!
i signed up to a preliminary mailing list but haven't got any more info, will post about it as soon as i do

i agree with Nomolos....ive heard a lotta trax and havent been able to give 100% feedback due to the quality...
be wise ppl..u want honest feedback right???..how the hell are we supposed to, if u cant even hear it relatively decently.....
act like a pro and ur halfway there...
