Looks like some of the Indian subcontinent's many beggars have stumbled onto Isratrance, tapping on the forum's rolled-up windows, "Bhai sahib, please, please give us our India section back. We'll be good, promise!" etc.
Begging for favours from your colonial masters. Old habits die hard, eh?
Get a grip. All this self-humiliating begging, and weeping and wailing, makes you look foolish, whiney, subservient, immature. And clingy.
And needy.
And dependent.
And weak.
And you look like you have really boring little lives that you would be this way over...an internet forum. Obviously a bunch of talkers, not do-ers. Consumers, not participants. Fartists, not artists.
And I could say, "Shame on you." But you've accomplished that already.
Move on? After you.
Why not retreat quietly from this tedious melodrama of yours, with the last shreds of your dignity still intact? And the movers and shakers could launch a campaign to raise awareness about positive values and activities in Indian psy trance...police yourselves rather than be stuck with the legacy of having been cut off by a disgusted world psy trance community.
Then, perhaps start up a locally-driven portal which you could use to showcase your good selves, and the positive things happening in the Indian psy trance scene...

So why can't Indian boys stop begging others for an India forum and accomplish the relatively simple task of setting one up of their own? At least you could run it however you wanted. You could make it a free-for-all shit-talk, or a frantic "In town for a coupla days, where's the party?!" consumer-fest. Bliss.
The decision to shut down the India section was correct. Re-opening it so soon, while well-intentioned, could be premature. I think the Indian psy-trance tittering teenagers who have tarnished themselves with their infantile conduct have as much chance of reform in the short-to-medium term as the thousands of arsim from Israel who behave like dickheads in India.
Prove all the skeptics wrong. I'd welcome it.

With all due respect to you dr.luv.....all i can see from all of this is a few peaceful people humbly requesting the admins of isra to reopen our beloved indian section back.
How on earth did u just interpret that as begging for favours from our colonial masters? What colonial masters? Since when did israel or brazil become our colonial masters? I think your talking about the brits....and even if you are, i think u've forgotten that we fought for our independence and attained just that more than 50 years ago. Even your grandparents mustve moved on from that by now. If your intension is to preach patriotism, then thats respectable, but even that has a place and a moment, and i certainly dont think its here and now, not here on a trance forum and not now when all the folks here are trying to do is as simple as humbly request that our indian section be reopened.
Also if your trying to tell all the indians here to have some self respect, i suggest a diffrent approach rather that to diss out at everyone and call them beggars. Saying all those not so pleasant things about your fellow indians on an international forum, dun you think that defeats your own purpose?
You referred to our simple request as 'self humiliating begging'. Why are you so easily humiliated? Whats to be humiliated about? Humble yourself dear, We are all just one big family in this tiny little planet. Have a sense of belonging to this world and once you have that, i suggest you come back here and join us in requesting that our indian section be reopened, and i'm sure you'll see theres nothing so humiliating in putting foward a simple request to our fellow brotherin. Opening another forum of our own wouldnt improve our respectibility in anyway, rather it would just look like a case of sour grapes and we'd all just be nothhing more than grumpy, bitter people trying to prove a point to the world because of our stupid lil complexes. Lets integrate with the world through our humility not dettach ourselves further with unnecessary pride and arrogance...that wud be a better approch i think 
btw...loved your vocabulary dr.luv ...try and use it when required and applicable though, you'll do yourself more justice 
So yea back to the point we were discussin....when is the india section opening again?
