Which should be the most dominant
Instruments with volume in a psytrance song?
Kick,bass,snare,hihat,leads or fx?

just out of curiousity, why do u wanna know that?

in my case its always the kick when talking about the average psy track           :O!

Its not about being more dominant than others. Its how our perception of sound is structured, from that we emulate that model in terms of mixing.
You should read abit about it and it will become clearer.
In quick draft. There will be alot of energy in the low freq spectrum, even tho you do not perceive it as really loud, that is going to be loudest in your mix. Then it scales down.
We perceive high frequency sounds to be louder(therefore they will be more quiet in the mix.

close your eyes and use your ears, listen to your track on other systems and make adjustments, you ll get there.
