Great stuff! lets light a phat one and surf on sounds..
though, try a paragraphic EQ on the bass and lower the
lowend a bit...
or try a multiband compressor and just take away some lowend... in my opinion its a little too much, considering its not even limited yet.. though try to lower the volume of the bass first, if it loses too presence you could consider my option...
nice soft track, add some glitter to it, some falling stars  and maybe add some woodblock with lots of reverb..
i dunno, im sure it will be nice how ever you do..
