Someone i know claims to have this on white , well i reckon he's talkin crap or it's a bootleg ...and it aint on the new sphongled rmxd album cd and lp

funny you should mention it, because i was just talking to someone last night who mentioned something or other about a sphongle tune (on vinyl) and it could well have been this.. but i don't know.

Yes its true.
shpongle on vinyl.
The one you are talking about is the breakbeat track that the oracle of twisted (aka 'Traveller') informs us is on the sasha website.
The other track is a remix by Phil K (very talented australian proggy/techy guy) which Sasha charted top of his "top ten bangers" chart last month.
Test pressings out this week I'm told.
How nice.

Just listening to it now from the web. Sounds like a bootleg in fact. Just the track with a heavier beat on top of it and some effects. Maybe that suggests that it isn't on the official twisted tp that they are doing at the moment with the phil K thing on it. Supposedly getting one on monday so will let you know asap.

cool , but why aint that lo step feat on the album when it rmx is by total eclipse on the album ?? and it's nowhere to be seen on the twisted site cos there back catalouge is still available , but i guess the hype has been created in which there will be a mad rush for the new album when it's released . I just hope simon and raja don't sell out to a cheesy label and their is even a bigger danger of all the crap commercial labels waving huge sums of cash ie 250,000 thats what ministry paid for io rapture at well known psy producers or some cheesy outfit ...just to cash in on the psy trance appeal . And lets be honest when was the last celeb dj's ever paid any attention to that style of music ... there all takin an interest cos sasha said it was his fav ......

ok i went to a sasha and digweed party with some friends and was interested in what sorta vibes and tunes they put out...
sasha was not bad messing with the emotions and all and ending with a killer techno track...
then digweed started and he was playign the breaks which my friends didnt like too much.. i was also not too interested and we decided to leave...while leaving i heard the starting guitars from dorset perception edge in and i was shocked.. it was the original where the samples were taken frmo.. then after mixgin it in and out it was the original dorset perception with the cutup vocals of simons fx... i wasnt sure if it was a remix or what the hell it was.. my friends left and i left halfway throught the song ..  but it was funny hearing it on digweeds set
and made me very happy.. |

sorry tom, led you all on a mery dance. Phil K is not Phil Kieran, he is Lo Steps. This is after all the bootleg that I described. Very weird that they should release it the actual editing is minimal. Good tune though.
More to follow when the actual record gets in...apparently has a new shpongle track on the flip or something hence they are probably not going to send them for ages....
