Exactly, religion becomes immaterial when we are all gods and goddesses, which we seem to be.

Mysticism and spiritual experience however remain a part of the journey of the soul.           www.youtube.com/trancevisuals

Yes. And some people prefer a path with sign posts for their journey – nothing wrong with that, imo. Maybe somebody likes wandering in meadows; somebody else prefers a forest path with occasional marks from people who've been there; yet somebody else may prefer a paved highway. Who cares? We'll all end up at the same destination and laugh together about this argument. Or at least I hope that's what's going to happen...

i wouldnt wanna see religious symbols or pictures in parties , it makes me feel weird in a way as if a sort of imposition . Nobody would wanna see Hitlers nazi symbolpicture in a party rite? Well try it out , claim it to be the swastika rather lol. I would think havin pictures of Zeus, Hades or Athena would be way cooler or not?

The western like eastern heritage and vice versa , Respect it dont go out of the way impose it.

Once again respect is the key here. Most of these symbols we find at parties are not put there by the deco teams and organisers, but are brought by the trancers themselves. Walk over any festival and you will see them - the guys with the Shiva sarong deco on their camper, the dreadlock girl with a bindi and an OM buckle on her belt. Look over there - the guy on the dancefloor with Buddhist demons tatooed on his back...

If we are going to start being picky about religious symbols, where do we start and stop? Is it ok to have the sun although it is an ancient religious symbol? Is it ok to have zoidiac symbols? Celtic/Nordic symbols? Ancient Mayan? How about Alien "worhip"? Can we have fish?

Every person should be sensitive about what symbols they display and be aware of their cultural context. Thankfully I have never been confronted with swatikas, cross brandishing zealots or the like at parties..

Sometimes on insane acid drenched floors, when people are extremly sensitive to suggestiveness and prankery, some people use religion to screw with peoples minds. (Like putting a golden calf in the middle of the floor... )

Anyway, I guess all I want to say is we need maaaaximum (read with jamaican accent)respect and tolerance .

It is for sure there, but i see alot of people drifiting all away from the strict controlled religions, to the own freedom of being "god".

I think thats just great, religion is used to exploit so many people, all their life based around some ideas you never thought yourself ... I choose to think for myself and do what i need and feel is right.           3o~ kriz aka krize 3o~ ....Horrordelic Records.... http://www.horrordelic.com
