I have a question for all the artists in this forum. Is it necessary to know how to play an instrument, when you are making music. I want to make music but trying to make the melodies and sounds are hard. I thought if i learn the piano it might help. does it make a diffrence? |

if u r playing an instrument then it will help you doing music |

i think it is hard to write music if u can't play any instromen , but i have a friend who is doing just that & his music is awsome.
so if you can really feel the music building within, let it out! |

The problem in writing music without any musical grounds is a tad problematic. you don't rely on things you have learned how to play, but rather you rely on things you hear and Copy. that is also a way, but it'll take longer to become a more elaborate artist. |

Listen man...you have a sequencer in a trance synth
So you don't need a pre knwoledge on any other
instrument but if you want to learn how to play
melodies (live) i strongly recomend you to learn
on a piano!
