well I have to agree on thisbut only partly, Casue experience during last could say 9 or 10 years shows me something else. a particular kind of music brings particular kind of vibe at the party or place. so i could give many examples but i think u know what I mean

For e.x. Many people hear comercial music like Madona who is a superstar and have a great time. I would prefer to listent to the WORST TRANCE ever made instead of Madona...
(and there are worst examples than Madona)
I think the solution is the people to choose firstly the music they want to hear and secondly the place( the party) they want to go to.

Not a bad idead to be adopted by Madona! 
I would like her to be my mother(sorry mam)!

that;s the main issue actually, many people can not choose, does't have the privilige as we do to know and understand several and different types of music, vibe etc.. they are up to (talking a bit generally) somwhere to belong with, as they think that's nice, hip, cool, dangerous or whatever.
so i was at hardcore (hardtek) parties 10 years ago and now, then you go to A reaggae party and u see the difference in vibe which in my opinion comes with music though, for sure brought by people without people there is no vibe

I don't feel bad vibes from music in general  it's just the difference between what gives me Goosebumps + driving me crazy, and what doesn't.
And I prefer to listen to the former one
