Does anyone use Behringer Truth B2031 Monitors

Guys I have a big problem,
I got a pair of these monitors today, but one of the wires to the power outlet and into the monitor does not work, its fucking LOOSE! How can that be ? ME 302 its called, it has to work, what should i do?????
also, which audio inputs do i need for the PC. I have a lineout and I want 2 RAC to into the audio inputs.
Bilbo please help me!!!

ok i called up the ppl who i bought it from ,the ME-302 wire which is loose needs to be replaced. Are these things available in shops because there is no way i am going to ship these babies back ;)
