It starts at 2:56 and in the context of the rest of the track is SO fucking intense I'm amazed at how he managed to pull it off. It's genius. Does anyone know where it's from?

The track is interesting, but it is VERY difficult to understand these samples, too much noise/FX together... I don't get a single word. Sorry.
