i'm planing to make an international festival in the amazing israel, with a would level artiest and wide veriaty of styles:
from minimal, to progressive, dark, full on, and electro, embient and down bit.. even grovy daab..
Do you german grovvers think you will come to festival like 4-5 days, in very difrent amazing view of israel,
and who do you like to hear?? arties? acts??

Ma kore Tzahi....
The Idea is great... what israeli wouldnt want a big Qulity Festival in Israel..
If u make one like u mentioned... i will come my self and hug u.
The germans here... are in a totaly other dimension..., and i am sure u know it alllready...,the Summer here is loaded with Festivals coming every week with top Artists and acts. Some Big , some small and some are just rediculy Big (Fuzzion). So the People here are well fed if it comes to festivals, but this maddness is only in the summer.
Just for an Example... the Soulclipse in Turkey... but aside the shity organisation,
To my opinion their Line up and location was really tempting.... i expected to see there something around 8000 people...., at the end only 3000 came.....
u know what iam trying to say.....
but anyway its just my opinion..

I think I would, but it deppents on the line up..
Perhaps if Infected, Skazi, Astrix and artists like them plays, I will soooo NOT come. But if its more lika Boom and Soulclipse`line up, then yes, I would come.
But it will also depend on when the festival is. Cause, just like Efteling wrote, we have great festivals here in Germany and Europe, so for me to go to Israel it really needs to be quite a special festival

but the idea sounds really great.
it would be very interesting to get the vibe directly from the source... but it will/would be tons of work and effort to start up something crazy like this. a lot of promotional stuff(really a lot) and i think the lineup should range from infected mushroom to kindzadza and from freq to symphonix... bigger than fullmoon.
i think this would be the only way to attract a masssssive crowd to a festival on the beach or in the desert of israel
+a beach would be perfect to really enjoy the sacred land

M8 i think that forgein visitors will not be so easy to be drawn when you are talking about a first time +/- Festival in israel... BooM & VooV and festivals alike draw ppl not only due to line ups always but also due to the fact that they are ran for years, and gained attention not from the first time the orgenaizers of Boom or VooV or etc decided to make it happen... the point is that i think you cannot expect most ppl to travel & take such a "risk",
Same as it was with soulclipse like you mentioned...
I think festivals is something to be done in a long term as something successfull, you need to build up a reputaion, first from mostly locals then then if the word gets out ppl will hear about it.
Hop you will succeed in yout plan 
And i'm happy to see that this festival of your is not planned only for Trance
