producing for fun, from LOVE .... how can anybody resist those cute and nice litle knobs and buttons doing wiiiiiiiii when you push them

I started producing music for fun, but now is kind off a way to get out of the typicall state of mind and just let gooo!!.
And now that i been have the chance to play for a big croude , there is nothing like that!! To see that your music is touching everybody and see them all dance is just so extrange and just fills u with energy!!!
And yeah we will work very hard for maybe have and album some day but always having fun!!

I'm in it for the pimpin', the biatches, the dough and the C. but then again, who's not? Btw: why bother producing? You know you can get all those things just by playing other people's music? Just buy the cd's (or burn if you're a poor pimp) , press play and when the song is finished, count to 5 and press play again. You the man then!
And seriously: is there ANYONE that has that much patience doing something he/she doesn't like? And if so, would he/she be telling here: "yeah, I'm in it for the cash and the fame" would be pretty wrong choice of scene wouldn't it? |

ofcourse for fun, cuz if its not for fun, the quality of production will get too commercial and less energy later on. so i will stay doing it for fun. whatever come out of it one day, i will be happiest cuz it was made with pure fun.

I make music to be usefull to the psytrance scene, i want to give my "contribuction" to the scene and be respected for the crowd . With my music and my attitude. Besides i want to travel the world , playing in nice and exotic places. I love Djing, so i found out that producing is the best way to reach this position i want to be, since i dont hv (still ) tons of money..

im creating music cause music really is my life... its the one thing i like the most...
and the only reason i have a regular job, is that i need money 4 my studio, and cause im not really that good to make a living by djing and selling my tracks =/
and cause my live set is not finished yet lolz |

Well don't judge others by just looking in your state of mind. Not all of us desire "fame" and money. Some of us are after making a really good music that will inspire producers who inspired us in the fist place. Having a release does not mean your music is good... it means that it fits the investment - profit ratio that labels are interested in.
So if one desires the quality of music than releases are not the check point of any kind. If you seek for fame... than it's another thing of course
But "fame" is something that really does not exist in the world. People can be wise, nice, kind, ignorant, small, white, openminded, sick etc, etc... But what is the quality of a "famous" person? How do you know that one is or is not "famous"? What does it tells you about that person?
Desire to be famous is more like a sign that you need to work on your self confidence. No matter what others think of you - you allways see your true self. If I think that you are smart do you feel any smarter than before? Not really, isn't it?
Fame is not going to change the way you feel about your self, but chasing the fame could make your "true self" feel even less worth than you have feel before hunting was started.
Hope now you have a better perspective on what you stated and how wrong the statement really is!?
