It's not quite Full-on, defiently not acid friendly psychedelic trance music and it's not quite Pop music. It's some where in between and below them all, some kind of Ninja music sneeking it's way in spawing mostly from our Isralien brothers and sisters.
(or maybe it is full-on, just a sublabel of full-on .. Popsy)
discuss and drop some of your shit in this thread (examples).

popsy? is that what they're callin it? I dunno why but the music makes me feel uncomfortable, just not appealing, well to me atleast.

OMFG, again a new subgenre.
Also psytones has started to suffer from Compulsive Subgenre Creation Disorder.
Be careful, this disorder might be lurking within next psy track you'll hear and then there's no coming back. Your mind will be filled with incomprehensive subgenres and you have a compulsive need to share them with others. Apparently there is no easy cure for this.
