It's kind of but it is not only a pitch for sure, also it's not changing the tempo- it's more like a breaking effect

Jeto: THE MONKEE helped me with something like this which is nice too but still not exactly what i was talking about, you can download it at www.kvr-vst.com it called "Tape Stop" under the effect section,
Orange: is this fruity thing working as a vst? i want to use it with cubase,

Input : Fruity does work as a VST just install it the newest version and load it in you vst instruments |
