It seems that what goes around comes around indeed.
And just two more things cause i dont want really to be part of this story since i find it quite embarassing not to mention stupid.
1)Time doesnt erase anyones actions.
2)The only one an artist can blame when he finds his music all around the net is himself and no one else.The rest is just bollocks like you English lads say

No way, people change... the notion of 'once a trader always a trader' is flawed.
With regards to passing on tracks - like it has been said, just about everyone does it at one time or another (I only had that 'one time' but it was a special exception). I think it matters more whether it is malicious and widespread or innocuous and occasional. Nonetheless initiating a trade with someone you just met on IM services for 5 minutes sounds like it's the bad end of the spectrum...
I think most artists are aware of the dangers of letting anyone have their unreleased material... it is unfortunate that you cannot trust *anyone* if you want to be totally sure the tracks don't get out. But I guess that's how it is.

You know EP, I have to say I truly truly agree with you on this one. I love Junya's music and am a huge supporter, but he is a little egotistical in my opinion.
First of all, who is Junya to let anyone do anything?
Sorry Junya, because you're an artist doesn't mean you're better or more inportant than any of us on this forum.....It's called respect and that's what this scene is all about....If someone did you wrong, you have a right to get up here and state your case man, but to get up here and discredit people who know you've been involved in doing the same thing is just wrong and I hope you learn a little something from this.
And what's even worse is the people who get up here and kiss your ass because you're an artist...

its important to understand to be responsbile for trading unreleased material... , i know how it is when u keep gettin shit from your producer friends and want more and more...but cant have everythin... , alot of people have many tracks by me ...especially the most recent ones... (and i know id flip if they leak out) but those are known producers that I TRUST!!!... i know they wont give out my material because they know how it is when every single guy over the net has somethin thats not gonna be out for a long time and by the time its out everyone has it ! i dont wanna bash anyone ...but umm..... people who don't produce... normaly dont know what its like!

Well well well heh nice,ok start:
ok any days ago my friend give me Eskimo's tracks here in Moscow...but i prefer dark music not like much full on and morning and i dont collect this style much and dont know what track is released or what is unreleased in this style...
after Bishop connect with me in icq and we start talking about all and Eskimo stuff...he ask me about can i send any track of Eskimo to him,couse he is very love this project...(i dont know that this tracks is very rare and new,couse dont collect this style) i told to Bishop OK and sent this tracks. He send to me any of Skazi track...
after i want talk with Bishop about all things in world but he ask only about one thing : where are u got this stuff? i dont answer...couse this conversation isnot interesting to me... and becouse my connect is my connect...am I agree?
after Bishop told that he is not Bishop...and Junya was talking with me all this time or not Bishop...and he is very interesting where i got this tracks...after he called to my home from Brazil at 5-00 morning and ask againe this question...i dont want told this to him...
after Junya told me : "IF YOU DO NOT TELL ME I WILL TELL EVERYONE IN THE SCENE THAT YOU STEAL FROM ME...OK"
but how i can steal this track from Eskimo? i dont see Junya never befor...
after but is not straight away i told to Junya ICQ of my friend with his name(Aleksey)...his icq is dissconect couse he sleep(5-30 morning) and after Junya told that he want telephone of my friend i give nomber to him...becouse Junya wanted ask him where is he got this tracks...
after Junya call to my friend but he is not take phone couse he sleep i think...and Junya wrote this shit about me!!!
but ppl today i ask my friend where he got this tracks and he told that download this in Soulseek...
but if Junya give his music to more ppl it is not my problem...yes?i dont know how this tracks is in internet and who has this stuff Junya...
and pls keep your music more hard if u have problems with this...and i think we can decide this question in icq or msn but u post this not me...it is not good Junya!
this is all what i want talk to all about this!
and remmember my music is my music in my dj case...but Kagdila music is Kagdila music and dont mixing this cool label in this story plz!!!

I don't trade music, but just to check on this, tried my friend's soulseek and trust me, didn't find those 2 tracks (I know exactly which ones, ok?) what this discussion is all about. So dj StimuluS, don't give us this bullshit.
Or you think you can just write whatever crap to "explain" the situation, doesn't matter what you write in it and we just have to take it? Didn't your parents teach you not to lie?

reading through this thread makes me think of a solution:
why are you all charging at Stimulus? and Junya, why dont you contact each and every one who posts unreleased Eskimo tracks on their top 10s and raise hell about it?
I don't approve of trading, yet rarely I do so myself, by receiving new material from ppl (well, usualy directly from the label or artists, but sometimes its a 'floating' track, and its always receiving, never giving away). And I believe that most people here do it as well, to this or that extent - yes, I believe you do it too, Junya. Cross me if you want, but this is what I believe. Otherwise, how come so many ppl here publish unreleased music on their tops?
Junya, if your music is so dear to you (and I believe it is), keep it to yourself and the labels you deal with. There are ways to deliver demo material in a way that is useless as a trading tool (small stops through the track).
and to be politically correct: Stimulus, slap yourself on the hand once for sharing music .

If Junya was involved in trading 4 years ago then its ok? why that story has got nothing to do with this? its the way how a person is.
After Stimulus disclosed his friends name on request, Junya posted this thread about Stimulus. Next he will contact Aleksey (Stimulus friend) and ask him from where did he get these tracks from...and then post about Aleksey on the forum that he is not a good guy....then is the Aleksey's friends turn...goes on till it will narrow down to HIMSELF for passing on the tracks..... All these ppl are not good guys??? haha...funny
Keep your fights to yourself boys. And if you accuse someone then also have courage to accept the true & correct acqusitions made by other ppl on you.
