Hey brother 
Thx 4 the sweet topic/comment here. I'm not playing psy anymore (not even @ home) and stopped doing so at the end of the summer in 2011. I still play some down-tempo stuff in and around Amsterdam, but that's all right now. I will always cherish the good memories I have from playing in the psytrance scene, 'cause 21 years of it formed who I am nowadays for a very big part. Nevertheless I had to step out, 'cause the amount of bad experiences (specially with promoters and label artists) was simply too much for me to deal with. It turned me into a rather bitter, frustrated unpleasant and fucked up personality at the time and it was time to stop arguing and fighting with others and move into more positive territory.
I found that in the field of yoga, martial arts, energetic healing, ecstatic dance and having met a ton of new friends that from my point of view, have a lot more positive view upon life than most people in the psyscene, which I find rather selfish, ego-centered, aggressive, jealous, irresponsible and fucked up in many cases. I simply couldn't deal with all that no more 'cause it turned me more and more ugly and dark myself.
Up till the day of today I still miss playing out a lot for a good and proper crowd, but I rather play for 10 listeners in a relaxed spacey shop in Amsterdam, than to ever see the horrors and self-destruction I've seen at so many psyparties. especially over the last few years. As soon as that will change....u might just see me hit the decks again real soon 
Anyway, a big thanks to all of you who supported me, Mind Funk Records and all it's artists over all these years. I'll never ever forget you and thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
