hi all...my friend bought me a cd called :
DJ Shadow - The Private Press, well....its kinda soul, funky all mixed together.
now i was wondering who his he ? any info ?
and if anybody else heard this Album ?

Well, this is his second album, and a very good one at that. He's reffered to as an "intrumental hip-hop artist", becuse of his funky hip-hop grooves, but his music is a pure gem. His first album is called Entroducing, which became an instant classic in certain forums (including that of me and my friends).
He is also part of Unkle by the way.

Yea Dj Shadow is the man. He's real name is Josh Davis and his Unkle album is a true masterpiece.
