Thanx Johnny, very good choosing of tracks, everything fits good, also good and creative mixing ... just I can`t see a general overall "story" of this mix, that stays in my mind (but that is no must, anyways).

Thanx Gunter for your good words & your analysis and i think you are right
The main intention was the drawing of a flow of feelings and emotions through melodies,different colours of melodies (shiny,dark etc) with different styles of music...a bit of order out of chaos via mixing (my personal challenge )

Hello all,
I haven't posted a set here before, but thought it was about time. I recorded this one on the night before I went into hospital to have a lump (harmless) removed from my neck.
It starts off in an abstract manner before finding its feet and meandering along the ocean floor for a bit.
I'd like to hear what people think of it, if you care to share a few words.

Behind Between Interval is Stefan Strand, born in southern Sweden back in 1982. Without any musical education, Stefan started experimenting and creating electronic music around the year of 1996. Originally focused around club related sounds, Stefan later on found his way to ambient music through artists like Steve Roach, Robert Rich and Aphex Twin.
After almost 10 years of composing electronic music, in 2005 the first Between Interval-album - Secret Observatory - was released on Spotted Peccary Music. Words like “mysterious and wondrous”, “deep space music”, “best ambient album of 2005″ and “pure ambient bliss” and have been used to describe the music.
