Hello..
Do u know if some of some of the most prolific artists in todays global psyscene, spend a good part of their time in Goa?
Not just havin a goa style , but ACTUALLY stayin there and drawin inspiration from the place itself, the people, the culture etc..

Here's list of some artists i feel connected with Goa.
Some Old ..some new..some far away...
1. Goa Gil. (The Gil!!..One of the true BABA'S!!)
2. Muses Rapt. (holds on to the hypnotic melodic goa style)
3. Astral Projection. (Smastral's older stuff Mahadeva!!!)
4. Cosmosis. ( love all his trax..."human evolution")
5. California Sunshine. ( Goa styleeee)
6. Etnica. ( pioneer !!!)
7. Cosma. ( deeply shocked and saddened to learn of the tragic death of Avihen Livne (Cosma) in a traffic accident in January in
Goa..)
and finally..."Koxbox"....( in goa 'go fly a kite'..live again.!!!)

people from Juno Reactor used to spend a lot of time there.
I saw Star X in Goa before he turned into Star X.
Domino... one of the old time Goa DJ's... was in Goa since she was 7... now lives in Japan and still comes to Goa every year.
Some of the people who played a major role in starting up the Boom Festival grew up in Goa.
'Chicago' old goa freak, who started DJing only after he was 45 years old.... he played at Boom this year.
GMS have been in and out of Goa too... and their friend XP...

Yeah. I knew abt Juno. They've been there for ages.
What abt the newer artists..relatively recent. i.e Protoculture, space monkey ,the israeli scene..??

the dude talk about the goa spirit that control on some real goa artists.
with all the respect to the new artists that was there and also playid there.

Morbidelic, maybe read the title of the topic and the question *Karma Cola* asked again.
Hrishikesh was quite thorough with his list, although it contained mostly current visitors.
Off course Raja Ram(t.i.p.), Mike McGuire(juno reaktor), Olli Wisdom(space tribe) was spending much time in goa before.
Dominic Lamb(slinky wizard), GMS and Joti also showed up recently.
X-dream and Posford...donno about them.
