but they follow the same line of they hearts the dont do full on and 5 sec after do drum and bass, can u understand?
the 80% of people who likes electronic music are bad educated and stupid people, with all respect,
2000-goa-2002 full on--2004.pretentious progressive---2008 minimal techno (popular tendences of the masses)

80% of people who listen to electronic music are bad eduacted? and what percentage for hip hop, pop, country, jazz, raggae, blues, etc etc. everybody is uneducated you moron. what does your IQ have to do with comprehending and appreciating music?
If you dont like techno music dont go to those parties. start your own thing if you hold the keys to the Halls of Amenti.
but I still dont feel techno should ever fully replace progressive and psytrance on the trance floors.

Even though I love Techno (The real kind not the psy Techno) I also find it a bit strange that a scene named "Psytrance" is trying to become a semi techno scene (Of course with exceptions). There is already a Techno scene in the World and I suggest the ones that want to introduce techno to the psytrance world get gigs there. People who buy tickets to experience psytrance expect psytrance. Or so I recon.
This is not to dish anyone but it's a bit like eating bon bon's with the wrapping still on.
Organizer can of course do what they want but then they should not call it psytrance. It can be compared to those labels who release "Goa" when it's in fact Eurotrance.

the same could be applied to "darkpsy"
Last time i went to a "psytrance" partie, i thought i landed on belgium in a middle of a gabber party with all the noise from the darkpsy.
ok, so we are getting thinner, no techno and no darkpsy in "psy-trance" parties...
What else should we stripp off??

This is slightly outdated by now (music moves quickly) but this might be what you're looking for...

Many psytrance producers have opened side projects dedicated to deeper and more rhythmic dance music—essentially techno with "full-on" production techniques, hypnotic atmospheres, and an edgy attitude.

@Electromty Team :
The point is you just come and post a bunch of videos, no info, arguing or comment about it.
It feels a little bit empty

Damn Right +1
I also do like all sort of good music, but I stopped visiting psyevents for such reasons and I doubt these will be changed meanwhile.
If I'd go for a psyparty I wont spent an entry - that should be guarantee for pure psy fyah (not cause of money - because of my fun or my TIME).We have good places here in Hamburg in summer where underground is kicking psy but the organized stuff is game over for me |

I think a lot of people go to psy parties because they have a unique vibe and culture that is different from pretty much any other electronic scene
if someone loves this vibe and culture, but has other genres of music they like, is it not reasonable to try and adapt those other genres to fit the psy culture? |
