For a djing:
1.- RAM
2.- Processor
3.- Hard drive
A clean install without bloatware.

I'm fully aware WHAT a laptop Dj IS, the laptop user may be the same thing as a real Dj person in the terms of people but me just wants to add this once YOU peeps wake up to excepting there is a difference between them both, it's nice to see threads DAT aren't trying to merge the two different Dj's together :
For a djing software (non organic) :
1.- RAM
2.- Processor
3.- Hard drive
For djing person(organic) :
1.- Music
2.- Headphones
3.- Passport(traveling)

Traktor is not so demanding of the system spec's. (Check the Native instruments website for min. requirements) Most notebooks today will suffice(Heck, even some netbooks can run Traktor in 2 deck mode!)
More/most important is a low "DPC Latency" System. "Never argue with an idiot, they'll bring you down to their level and beat you with experience" |
