Hrrmmm it's interesting to not with both Dali and Michele Adamson that being femal in this scene is abig bonus to get notuiced and get gigs... not I'm not a fan of her music, but obviously people are so good on them... seriously though, I was expecting something new and brilliant from a female perspective, but instead the same old full on!

hmm what gives you the right to talk like this?? ah sorry i forgot, you are the ultimate, 18 year old psy trance queen after releasing one track (wich sounds soo terrible imo, at least the vocals), so please stopp bitching around, specially about people that really have a talent, unlike you!!
and when you survived as long in this scene as the label you bitched about, then we can talk again....
and now go and practise your voice;)

HAHAHAHA lol funny you just let this out only on me. Why is that babe?
Because if you read thru the replys i am far from the only one disliking Dali's music.
And yes i made vocal trance with 1 artist, and i got very much good respond on it.
And my singing is good hon'! You are just angry for what i wrote.
I bet that you were one of those children, when you went too school who always said, "You are my best friend! Oh i am not your best friend? Well you are not mine either!"
You must not be able to judge singing if you say im bad. BUT i also never said that i am the best new whitney houston, cos i am surtenly not!

What i do regred is that i wrote this about Dali, because she is a nice girl, and whatever she choses to do, is fair play to her.

ok.. can someone please tell me what this girl does live? i was just watching the vision quest 2005 video.. where the music is recorded live, and she's either flailing away at electronic drum pads or making huge exaggerated knob turning movements on the nord (that is, when she isn't standing out the front like a pop star).. and yet i can't here any of this in the mix? just sounds like the album versions.. pretty lame really

its a big bonus and its a shame...
the first pages of this thread are full of
"she´s so cute"
"i love her"
blabla
i saw some videos with her and all i can say is:
the music is the same old fullon cheese and her performance
(including of course the "ohm shanti shankar"-hands folding on her head to pretend spirituality)
is lame too...          - last possible solution

In case you didn't notice she is crying her eyes out, no one loves her and she has no friends.
I sense a skazi/dali hate group rising....could it be that they both wear t-shirts with their own names on them?

nothing to understand here yuli, just some people giving some opinions on someone's music...
i have nothing against commercial music as long as it's well done... and most of it is made by very professional musicians in big studios with gear...
the problem with dali , is that she would like to make this kind of music but with no equipment , no skills and creativity ...
poor salvador ...
but that's just my opinion, and i feel free to give it as people are free to give dali 10 pages of congratulations , i am free to open my mouth and tell what i think of her music 'cause that's the point of the thread ...so what's the problem?
still this "u don't like so shut up" trend ?
don't worry about her, she will have her success story, my opinion won't change her life at all...
but as u said, i will skip her music from my mind and remind Dali as the fantastic painter he was
cheers

Good words...
It's ok that a girl stands behind the decks, but just good looking and positive jumpin' around is not everything, too much show is also not good, even if her production is good I'd never like to hear something like those shanti aahahahahahaha tracks, like the one runnin' in the video.
I also know good lookin' girls, who know how to play n kick ass,but they wouldn't play that kind of gay trance that we here in the video.
In another video of her we see that she's knobtwistin' freakin' out,but no effects on her live set?MAybe she's a magician or maybe just worse...
I could imagine that kind of music good for afternoon coffee break while havin' bisquits cake...sorry I'm gettin offending now.....

But I think also she's damn cute...it's her biggest gift but also her biggest curse at the same time.....

I like cute girls, when they play rough hard psychedelic trance and nothing else.
But most of the posts on pages 1 and 2 there we can see that male crowd usually not thinks with the brain....central thinkin' moves down a bit as far as cute girlies are concerned
Take it easy boys just jokin'

And that's my fuckin' opinion.....

I don't understand why people are surprised with the fact that people can get gigs, simply because they look (arguably she simply looks like a seriously messed up individual at times in those clips) good?
Its 2006 and the way an artist looks and presents him/her self, is a major factor to their success.
Sorry if this is news to you, but psy-trance is no different than any other type of music in that respect. There is nothing that I like about Dali's music, and judging from the videos, nothing that I like about her "performance", but I don't understand why people are jumping on her when this kind of pop-trance music and pretentious/theatrical performances have been taking place in parties for fuck!ng ages!
Ok so she goes through scary/angry faces to "spiritual" dancing, to crying her eyes out, to being extatic within the duration of a 6-7 minute track. You don't need a psychology degree to realise that she's not for real (I hope so at least, otherwise there is something really wrong with her). She's selling her product to the people and the people are buying it.
If you don't like what she is doing, don't hate her for selling her "artistic product" to the people, blame the people that actually enjoy listening/dancing to that sh!t.
She is not killing psy-trance...trance can't be "killed". She is simply doing her thing and as a result some people move away from psy-trance.

...dissapointing!!! only because stuff like this is coming out of a label that released albums like Non-Stop, Frequency Drive, Hardcore Blastoff, Expressions of Rage and Come in Peace.

To everyone who says stuff on the lines of 'shes made a choice to make commercial music, so whats the problem?'
Well, this is a forum, and the only thing forums bring out are people's opinions and nothing else!...so there..my opinion is that this music isn't psychedelic...but has surprisingly been released by a label that as it now seems..WAS psychedelic!!
Its one thing making such music (for which I have nothing against dali...its totally her choice)..but hommega? I've lost soooo much respect
