anyone know if this guy is still around? he used to hang with dj john kelley (the man famed for starting the desert rave scene in the american southwest) and put out these mixes in the mid 90's called "hardesertrance". i don't know if you would call it psy, but some of the tracks are very goa-ish. listening to these cd's really puts you back in the moment of an old school desert massiv. he also did the Psychotrance 2002 mix for moonshine records, but i haven't heard anything, or seen him on flyers since. any word? |

I can't say I know but the hardesertrance mix is pretty good for it's age... saw it in a shop recently for 10 bucks and said - hey, why not? Plenty of old TIP and 21:3 and psy-break crossover material, rather well mixed, with some more epic/progressive stuff later on. It's a good mix of everything and the kitchen sync.
Google it is my suggestion
