						| By now Ektoplazm has become a leading source of new music for psytrance fans in the know... but with so much to choose from it can be a little tricky to figure out where to start. Here I have gathered up ten favourites from the last few months and provided a short comment and a link back to the release where CD quality audio can be downloaded for free. Here we go...
Planewalker - Psychic Evolution [Astral Force/Waveguild]
Deep, digging bass lines with snarling acid lines. Reminds me of the good old days of Cosmosis.

EvsY feat. Justin Space - Die Krankenschwester [Ektoplazm]
Hard crunkin' Suomi-style psytrance. Sinks its hooks in and doesn't let go until the last beat drops.

 Southwild - Constructive Destruction
Groovy twilight full-on on the Rastaliens tip. As expected, Jay's new project is killer!

Krussedull - Alberts Journey [Silent Existence]
20 minutes of insanely good mind-melting forest psy. Such a crazy trip! The rest of the compilation is just as wicked.

 Wizack Twizack - Expanding
The entire compilation is weapons-grade awesome but this is the first track that really got me going. Night-time full-on with loads of psychedelia!

Opsy - Commit Charge (Minimal Criminal Remix) [Ektoplazm]
Valerio strips the original down to the bare essentials and cranks the sinister quotient way up. Creepy and dissociated, just how I like my techtrance!

La Baaz - Space Cut [Pure Perception Records]
I've been playing this one in my sets for a while so it's nice to get it up on the site. Deep, dark, and stylish progressive techno just the way it should be.

Kalumet - Elephant And Castle [Digital Diamonds]
Zoli's creative approach to progressive psytrance and techno is unique. This particular tune is delightfully weird and hypnotic, chugging along at 126 BPM.

Zeitgeist - Geek & The Funk [Glitchy Tonic Records]
The entire release is really cool but this track takes the cake for its use of jazzy stabs and the bizarre outro. Haven't heard this kind of thing since Tromesa experimented with such sounds!

 Meller - Nothing [Cyan Music]
Progressive psytrance with an emotional electro component. Uplifting without being forced, this is lovely music to greet the rising sun.
