what do you use?
i mostly use amplitube, and Tube, but looking for some more good distortion plugins!

Tube is awesome.
Try adding Darkwares Dual Thrashers
on a bassline, gives it a crazy
distortion effect!  |

Djones, you should be able to find some presets that will work with amplitube or guitar rig. still though distortion is something that to me is really lacking compared to hardware pedals, to me its especially obvious when you compare guitar rig/amplitube to a real guitar setup or even a pod. |

I like Antares Tube and Amplitube. I find the two plugins very versatile and they fit my needs great.

Also PSP MixSaturator is relly nice for analog/warming/fattening type distortion. |
