I like it a lot, its around my style! It has a great potential to become a great track. I would add some vocal/vocoder in the second half and harmonize the bass after the first 2 minutes in the whole track... but that's just me.
keep it up!

Sorry, I don't have music theory, and I learned what I know by myself just by playing with the tools and my creativity... What i mean with harmonize the bass is making it follow the lead notes, changing the key note according to the lead... do you get what I mean?
By the way... are you from Montreal? Are you going to see Talamasca on April 23?
I'm going there from Toronto!

WOW - your track is really nice man

i think u should not worry to much about the name untill the song is finished - when the track is finished u just close your eyes - listen to it - see how it makes you feel - and then u will find an apropriate name for it!

i always just build more and more elements depending on the mood iam in - and in the end i just have to figure out how to get them all in a nice order - ofcourse thats just my chaotic way xD

i would mabye proceed with some nice pads or athmos - with a bit of sidechain to create a more pumping sound - but aswell this is just what i would do

just get inspired and go on with it - iam sure something nice will come out           http://www.muckymusic.blogspot.de/

Try pads, not atmos, atmos are supposed to give an atmospheric state to the song, and it should be used wisely, if you do know how, where and when to use them, you will notice they can be powerful enough to distract the listener from the beat.

Often we think that pads are nice, the only problem is that they get boring, and you don't want a boring track, so it's best to use them let's say for example when a music starts, you can hear a pad and then the kick and bass combo start off, and the pad should fade away, or at least it should morph on its own into a lead or something.

those snare are too fuckin loud , the synths u created for the dolphin and the synths that gives the goa feelin s very cool..but obviously the track s all bout those synths so that shows u are just startin ....the bassline sux coz it s the same bassline used all over again for years and as u can see if u listen to the workshop tracks 75 per cent will have that same bassline... = thats bad coz it s just one more fish in the sea...not realy a dolphin...

anyway sounds like u are just startin... good lucky in ur way...

@NychroLogic Yeah well i am still thinking about the intro making it with a pad might be too much cliché but still good i know.

But about atmosphere, its a thing i need to practice too adding those distant sounds and everything.           My music http://soundcloud.com/disrupted

You don't need synths or samples, whatever that are already 'away' from the listener, i mean, reverbing those sounds the right way and you can make any sound go from the front to the back of your head, left, right, it's just a matter of taste and a bit of knowledge to make some sounds pop up from the left and die in the right, look up for some info about the ohmicide vsti plugin, you can actually create time warps like time was being pull at higher speeds to the front, or to the back, combining diferent techniques and you have enough to make the crowd go "what the fuck" in the right way
