Discovery pro : how to export presets ???

hi there,i use cubase 5 and i have discovery pro on a mac..during time i have saved some presets.Now i have moved to a pc and i want to import the presets i have on the mac,how to do it? i can't locate these presets anywhere..

have you saved the presets as vstpresets in cubase?
then try to search the following folder for your vst presets:
/Users/<username>/ Library/Preferences/Cubase 5/

actually yes,i did that,but when i copied them at the pc discovery can't read them..for sure i'm doing smthing wrong here..
