Does anyone have nice Psy/Goa patches of the above mentioned synths to share with me and others on the board?
I already found some very nice ones at the site of Cosmosis;

I can give you a hint how to make endless patches of those you already have. 
if you ever get hold of the program energy xt (www.xt-hq.com) try out the preset merging/morphing utility that comes with it.
theoretically you can make thousands of patches because the interface allows you to mix every single parameter, blend it with different values from 0-100%, randomize single or all parameters and and and.
basically I made out of two lead patches hundreds of combinations with some mouseclicks. absolutely awesome.

Oh god,preset generator is one of the best tips you can find in this entire forum.
Its absolutley a must for Psy production.
