Hi
i heard about this function called midi learn, what is it and how to do it with the discovery? |

well, normally u have to put a cc number on the knob/slider of ur external midi-controller and it will change the value the parameter attached to that cc number. Normally those parameters are attached to a fixed cc number and u have to use that number to change the value of that parameter with an external knob/slider.
Some synths/fx/... however can learn that number for each parameter. Then u don't have to allocate ur knobs/sliders to the right number, but u can turn on midi-learn on a parameter, and then turn a knob/slider on ur controller, the device will then sniff out on which cc number that knob/slider operates and will attach the parameter to that cc number...

only with the discovery its more complicated cause it doesnt have midi learn...... u have to define manually all cc numbers .....
 if u dig deep enough u just might reach the sky...
